Using Shoyari

Shoyari is an app that connects riders with independent drivers. By using it you agree to these terms.

Your account

Use your own phone number and keep your account secure. You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live.

Fares and payment

The fare is the price you and the driver agree on in the app, plus any tolls or charges shown before the trip. Pay in cash or with the payment methods the app offers in your city.

Cancellations

Please cancel only when you need to. Repeated late cancellations can lead to limits on your account.

Conduct

Treat drivers, riders and couriers with respect. Do not send illegal or dangerous items. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Drivers

Drivers must hold a valid licence, vehicle registration and the documents the app asks for, and follow traffic laws.

Liability

We work to keep the service available and safe, but trips are provided by independent drivers. Where the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the trip.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will show the new date here, and continuing to use Shoyari means you accept them.
