Who we are
Shoyari is a ride and delivery service operated by JoldiSoft LLC. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Shoyari app and website, why we collect it and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Your phone number, name and, if you add them, your photo and email address.
- For drivers: identity and vehicle documents, and payout details.
- Your location while you book or take a trip. Drivers share their location while they are online.
- Trip details: routes, fares, payments, ratings and messages with your driver or rider.
- Emergency contacts you add, and what is shared when you use SOS.
- Device information such as the app version and a notification token.
How we use it
- To match riders and drivers, show trips on the map and complete payments.
- To keep people safe: driver checks, SOS alerts and support.
- To answer you when you contact support.
- To improve the service and prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
- The rider or driver on your trip sees what they need: name, rating, pickup point and, for drivers, the vehicle.
- Service providers who help us run Shoyari, such as hosting, maps, messaging, payments and calls.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open, and trip and payment records for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can update your profile in the app, remove emergency contacts, hide past trips from your list and ask us to delete your account by contacting support.
