How is the fare decided?
The app suggests a fare for your route. You can offer that price or a different one, and drivers nearby reply with their offers. You choose the offer you like.
How do I pay?
Pay the driver in cash, or use the payment methods available in your city, such as your Shoyari wallet. The app shows what you pay before the trip starts.
Is it safe?
Every driver is verified before their first trip. During a ride you can share your trip live and use the SOS button, which alerts our safety team and your emergency contacts.
Can I send a parcel?
Yes. Choose Parcel delivery, add the recipient's phone number and what you are sending. A courier picks it up and the recipient can follow it.
How do I become a driver?
Install the app, choose to drive and add your documents and vehicle. Our team reviews them and you can start as soon as you are approved.
